The apartments are very well kept, as well as other facilities. The pools are nice and so is the fitness area, but the later is a bit small and thus gets crowded quite easily, which we didn't care for too much. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful, offering advice on the buses to Los Cristianos, coordinating everything for the massage etc.

Location wise, there is a supermarket really near it and a crepe place too (+ other lovely restaurants), and a Starbucks (if you like to get a coffee fast). Main bus and tram stations are just 20 min walk away and all the high streets are very close by.

We had booked the two bedroom apartment and it was everything we needed. The kick had absolutely everything to cook a nice meal. The washer and dryer work flawlessly. Beds were comfortable. Bedrooms have a lot of storage space. The location is close to the old town, are there are may restaurants and stores. The public transportation that connects La Laguna to Santa Cruz is just around the corner

Only had 1 night here because we had an early flight the next morning. Parking, access and communication with the host was easy. The apartment is huge and well equipped.
